Player of the Month – January 2025
Clark
Clark has been playing soccer for several years, and I’ve had the privilege of coaching him throughout much of that time. Each season, he has shown remarkable growth. His hustle on the field is unmatched, and his ability to listen and execute instructions is truly impressive.
Clark currently plays for our Colorado Foothills SC U12 team. This winter, I had the pleasure of coaching Clark during his first indoor season. His tenacity and relentless energy while moving up and down the field are a sight to behold. He consistently returns to help on defense, allowing our team to effectively transition into an offensive possession. As the season has unfolded, so too has Clark’s development. He has delivered many beautiful crosses from the wing and scored several stunning goals.
Clark is attentive and quick to absorb feedback, and it’s inspiring to see him implement what he learns almost immediately in his gameplay. One noticeable area of growth this indoor season has been his vocal presence on the field and the bench. His teammates genuinely appreciate him for his positive energy and unwavering support. With his growing communication skills combined with his natural talent, he is poised to become a remarkable soccer player.
